i love how u decorated it but im just wondering where do u get the balloons for a low price im not a expert at decoration but i want to try to make my daughters birthday a day to remember. Her theme is strawberry shortcake so if u have ideas please tell me thanks.
Haydee – My two best sources for balloons are Amazon (if I’m buying something else and can get a free shipping deal) or a party goods store. I’ve scoped out places like craft stores and discount stores but the best selection and best prices are generally at the party goods stores. I use Party City in my neck of the woods. They have way more colors to pick from plus you can buy special balloons (like smiley faces or pearlized or heart covered balloons) by the piece to enhance the regular colored balloons.
To keep costs low, choose decorations that won’t need helium as that really “inflates” the cost (I couldn’t resist…). All of the decorations in this picture can be made without helium (just hang the flowers from the ceiling) and they’ll last for 3-4 days so you can start making them ahead of time.
I’m pretty sure that once you make one of those balloon flowers you’ll see that balloon decorations are not difficult to make at all! I’m sure your daughter’s party will be amazing and it’s a beautiful thing that you want to make it a day to remember. She is going to love whatever you do!!

For Strawberry Shortcake, I’d go with pink, white and pale green. Those balloon flowers that are hanging down from the ceiling are super easy to make. Follow the video in this post for step by step instructions: http://www.balloondecorationideas.com/beautiful-balloon-flower-decoration/.
