For inexpensive Halloween decorations, check out these ghost and pumpkin balloon ideas. They’re really pretty simple and require only a balloon or two for each form.
I know, the video quality is a bit dark. Maybe that was intentional, for the holiday. 🙂 I love the ghost hat, idea, though, and I think I could do a number of them for the trick-or-treating group we’ll assemble this year.
Use the 260 (2″ diameter, 60″ length) twist balloons and a round balloon for the ghost’s head. You can make these a day or two ahead but store in a cool location – no sunlight!
These would be great to make for an elementary school party. Add some Black Creepy Cloth Decoration for a dark and haunted background, some spider webbing, and don’t forget the Halloween music.
